MS Lift @Virtual

MS Lift will present parenting workshops four times a month on various days. Two of the workshops focus on parenting skills, one on crafts, and one is a storytime.  Children are welcome to attend with their parents. These programs are geared toward for teen parents, but parents of all ages are welcome.

Friends Book Sale @LAU

Visit the Friends of the Jones County Public Libraries upstairs at the Laurel-Jones County Library for a book sale.

Sensory Day: Fall Festival @LAU

Looking for a sensory-friendly, inclusive library experience? Join us for a program specially created for individuals with special needs, along with their families and caregivers.

What to Expect:

  • Stories
  • Hands-on sensory activities
  • A calm, low-distraction environment
  • Access to a designated Chill Zone

We welcome individuals of all ages and abilities and strive to create a warm, supportive space for everyone.

 Please Note:

This is a special event for individuals with special needs and their caregivers.

The library will be closed to the general public during the program.

This is not a drop-off event—parents or caregivers must remain in the library at all times.
