Sensory Area

Our Sensory Area offers a free and inclusive haven within the library for individuals of all ages with sensory sensitivities. Whether you’re seeking engaging sensory activities or a tranquil retreat from over-stimulation, this space provides a supportive environment. It is accessible during library hours. Please call ahead to schedule your visit at 601-428-4313 ext. 104. The Sensory Area is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that this area is not a drop-off location, and we do not provide sitting or supervision services for children or adults. For the safety and comfort of all, we ask that caregivers remain with their dependents at all times.
